What does 'Group 2' mean? Group 2 refers to the second batch of Connect Aim units that will be assembled and ready to ship. We organize pre-orders into groups based on when each tranche of product finishes assembly and is prepared for fulfillment. Group 1 has already sold out and been delivered, once Group 2 reaches capacity, we will open up Group 3, which will ship from the next round of completed units and may have a later delivery window. This system allows us to ship as efficiently as possible while keeping customers informed about expected timelines
